About Sean
Like many people, Sean's first experience of magic was in the form of The Paul Daniel's Magic Show. His programme was unmissable. With its mix of impossible tricks and humour, it inspired Sean to try magic for himself often practising what he had seen on screen.
Sean's interest in magic was rekindled ten-years ago when he stumbled upon Tam Shepherd's Trick Shop in Glasgow city centre. The shop-owner Roy Walton is a world renowned card magician. Speaking to him inspired Sean to take up magic again. Armed with a few tips and some invaluable advice from Roy Walton, Sean set out to develop his magic skills.
Sean began working with sleight-of-hand magic involving coins, bank notes, watches, balls etc. As this style of magic takes place in full view of the participant it makes the tricks all the more amazing as the participant has no idea how it works. His style is fun and fast paced and aims to make the audience smile with wonder.
In 2006 Sean entered the Scottish Conjurers' Association's annual Cabaret Competition 2006/07 and won - wowing the judges not only with his magic but also his style and presences. Sean continues to learn more and more about magic keeping his act fresh and exciting. His act is never dull as he continually strives to show his audiences something new in the hope that they too will have their mind-blown by the wonders of magic.
